Through Eduan’s passion for sports and fitness, Red Method was born, with a vision to make exercise as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Eduan James

Eduan James, personal trainer and sports science professional, founded Red Method with a vision to provide the ultimate solution in strength and conditioning training, for all types of athletes.

Graduating with a BA in sports science through the University of the Western Cape, Eduan James is passionate about sports and fitness, having completed an internship with the legendary Western Province/Stormers Rugby Union, which focussed on strength and conditioning training. His philosophy is that dedication and motivation is the key to success, and becoming the best that you can be!
Operating for 5 years, Red Method applies many styles of training, including weight training, functional training, online training, group fitness sessions, one-on-one sessions, and sport specific training.
